When placing your order, you will be requested to select a mode of payment for your goods. “We offer following modes of payments:” “Credit Card payment online” “Cash on delivery (Dirhams only)” “Card on delivery (Visa, Master, JCB, Diners)” “*Pay by cheque” “(*Returned cheques due to insufficient funds will attract 200AED as penalty fee, while for incorrect cheques administration fee is 50 AED)” “All payment should be made in AED. We do not accept other currencies. In case of delayed payment or non-payment, GLOCARE LLC holds the right to cancel or reschedule delivery of your order.’
Payment is only made via payment cards such as VISA, MasterCard and AMEX. When registering card details, you are responsible for providing us with correct contact information, such as e-mail address, name and telephone number. We do not store card numbers, but information about your card is needed to simplify future purchases of our products. The money is immediately transferred from your card to our account. If we are unable to charge you because your card because the period of validity is expired, or coverage for the agreed amount is missing, new trials will be carried out during the next 10 days, After this period we will notify you using the telephone number or e-mail address you have provided to us with the order for further instructions on alternative payment methods.
Returns & Refund Policy

Return cost for unpacked parcel - Should the Customer not pick up the parcel or not be in place at the delivery address on weekdays 9: 00-17.00, GLOCARE LLC has the right to charge extra shipping costs in arrears. This also applies to ordered goods returned to GLOCARE LLC.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment” Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
We will happily refund or exchange any item that are damaged or that have been incorrectly purchased within 14 days of purchase and with proof of payment (i.e. your original order receipt or invoice).

Product must be presented to us before we can proceed with our return policy.
All returns or exchanges should be done in person or by courier within 14 days from the date of purchase. We are open 7 days a week.
When we can not accept returns:
If the returned items do not match our quality standards or our return policy, then we reserve the rights to reject the returns as mentioned below: • When ordered item is found altered/ tampered or used • When item is bought on sale or clearance All refunds will be made in the form of store credit/online credit. Credits will only be applied to an online account once the returned/damaged item has successfully validated by the warehouse.

Delivery & Shipping Policy
We deliver our Products to all Countries and mainly UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.
Delivery Fees & Charges
For United Arab Emirates: Free Delivery (Orders above 300 AED), Flat Rate 30 AED (Orders below 300 AED).
For GCC Countries: Free Delivery (Orders above 1000 AED), Flat Rate 75 AED (Orders below 300 AED).
For Other Countries: Please contact our Customer service team at email@example.com to help you with best available rates.
Please Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
Dubai & Sharjah deliveries are daily.
Abu Dhabi & Al Ain deliveries are twice a week.
Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah & Fujairah deliveries are once a week.
Gcc & Other Countries deliveries are 5 to 15 working days.
Delivery can often be completed within 24hrs of the order being placed and your delivery time confirmed, provided all items are in stock. We do not currently ship overseas.
If you have placed multiple orders then we will try to combine your orders & deliver them together to charge only one shipping fee. If multiple orders are placed at different times, then separate shipping fee will apply since those orders will be shipped separately.
If there are any problems regarding your order, we will notify you using the telephone number or e-mail address you have provided to us with the order.
When you place your order with us, you state your personal information. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. According to GDPR, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. Any disputes regarding these deliveries and terms of purchase shall be settled in United Arab Emirates Courts & Dubai Chamber of commerce, UAE law shall apply.
Right of complaint / Right of withdrawal
The customer should investigate the goods in connection with the receipt and complain about any errors within a reasonable time. Errors that occur thereafter can be claimed within 14 days period. Otherwise, we refer to the respective manufacturers. In the event of failure of the item, we will refund the return shipping as well as what you paid for the damaged or incorrectly delivered item, provided that we cannot send a new item to you within a reasonable time. A return or complaint number should always be attached. Returns and complaints without an approved return or complaint number are not accepted.
